"Through the Town, up the River, across the Avenue and to Heritage Park."

The event consists of bicycling 6 miles (on- and off-road), kayaking 1.5 miles and running 2 miles. There will be family, teen, friends, corporate and uniformed services divisions. For the athlete who wants to do it all, enter the Iron Man or Woman division.
