Bill Parker ::
Bill Parker - Founder VP / Creative Director  

Bill graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond with a major in Communication Arts and Design. After working with Campbell’s Corporation and Stone and Webster, he was recruited by Resorts International as their in-house art director. In 1987 Bill founded Inkworks Creative Design Studio, which eventually became Parker & Partners Marketing Resources.

With his trademark creative vision, Bill has earned a reputation for delivering innovative advertising campaigns that cut through the clutter to shape attitudes and purchasing behaviors across a wide variety of industries.

Richard Rinck ::
Richard Rinck - Vice President Marketing

Tina Rotondo ::
Tina Rotondo - Finance Manager 

If cash is the lifeblood of our business, Tina is its heart. Tina's the bookkeeper, financial officer, credit manager, invoice expert and keeper of payroll, accounts payable and more. She's the person who will become the close personal friend of your accounts payable people, to keep the great marketing and creative work flowing in your direction.

She's a master of financial reporting and forecasting, daily pushing technology to its limit. Her office is a beehive of activity with Tina as its queen. She has mastered the art of working on two computers, simultaneously. And she is often seen running from one end of her office to the other, which is kind of funny – considering her office is only about 8 feet long.

Wes Richards ::
Wes Richards - Senior Art Director / Illustrator  

Wes Richards possesses a distinctive sense of style and ability to address the traditional with unexpected freshness. He credits his varied background and education for his unique perspective on visual communication. After two years as a Sociology major at the University of the Virgin Islands, Wes served honorably in the United States Army. He then completed his education at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. In 1991, Wes put his talents to work as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer in the Marketing Department at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Six years later, he accepted an invitation to join the team at Parker & Partners Marketing Resources, LLC. Today, Wes serves as Senior Art Director on a variety of accounts.
Jenn Morgan ::
Jenn Morgan - Account Executive  

“Detail oriented.” Grab the dictionary and look it up. If you don’t see Jenn’s picture, you must have an old edition. No one knows that details matter better than Jenn. In fact, she knows what you need, even before you know you need it. Once this go-getter joins your team, she’ll delve into the very nooks and crannies of your project, dotting every “i” and crossing every “t.” She’ll ferret out the information it takes to make your advertising, marketing or public relations campaign an unmitigated success. Not surprisingly, the ferret is Jenn’s all-time favorite animal. But don’t worry. While it’s true she and these inquisitive critters do have a lot in common, we’re pretty sure Jenn will never try to hide your car keys.
Meredith Gardner ::
Meredith Gardner - Account Coordinator  

A graduate from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a BS in Advertising. She went on to work at The Media and Marketing Group, an affiliate of The Star Group, formerly based in Cherry Hill, NJ. There, Meredith worked as a Copywriter, successfully branding casino and hospitality clients, such as Seneca Gaming Corporation properties, French Lick Resort • Casino, and Indiana Live! Casino.

Meredith’s attention to detail and ambitious attitude serve her well as an account coordinator at Parker & Partners. These qualities, combined with her creative beginnings, provide a well-rounded outlook for her clients.
Robin Minichino ::
Robin Minichino - Account Manager  

Previously been employed by Essential Media Partners as their associate publisher for the company’s products promoting the Atlantic City market and by The Press of Atlantic City as a senior account executive handling advertising sales for an account base of more than 100 clients.

In addition to consistently exceeding her sales quotas, Minichino played a key role in the conception and implementation of Real Estate Monthly Magazine, published by The Press of Atlantic City, and now in its 15th successful year. She has also valuably served on the Public Relations Committee of the Atlantic City and County Board of Realtors and as a member of The Builder’s League of South Jersey.
Dave Roesch ::
Dave Roesch - Graphic Designer  

A graduate from Ramapo College of NJ with a BA in Communications focused on Graphic/Multimedia Design. He went on to work at Masterminds Advertising, working as the a Production Artist on a vast list of casino and hospitality clients including Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino of Tampa and Tropicana Casino & Entertainment Resort among others. From there, Dave moved on to Viking Yacht Company as an Art Director, handling all print, direct mail, in-house and web design materials. His experience also extended to email blast design and art direction on photo shoots. During his career, Dave put his talents into practice with wide-ranging freelance work for both high-profile national brands and localized projects.
Linda Newlin ::
Linda Newlin - New Business 

As a former marketing director herself, Linda truly understands the pressures that today's marketing leaders are under to drive new sales and develop stronger customer relationships. She is a strong asset to our team and a great resource for our clients.

A multiple committee member for the United Way of Gloucester County, Linda was awarded the Spirit Award in 2007.  She was president of the Bank Marketing Association a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association and is a Certified Financial Marketing Planner (CFMP).
